My name is Agung Siswanto . I was born in 1970 and am practicing Suiseki since 2000. I was merely collecting stones in the beginning like so many other people. Later I heard about Suiseki. Some sort of Art which has been known throughout Asia for 2000 years. Stones become more and more beautiful and valuable similar to Bonsai. The so-called Patina is created merely by touching them. Old Suiseki with especially beautiful Patian can achieve very high prices when sold. But hardly any of these stones are sold but passed down within in the family.
